This was the first zone in Kilcronagh to be completed and consists of 19 units varying in size from 1000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft, all with car parking. Rainwater recycling is installed and 3-phase electric supply is standard in all Shetland Properties buildings. In addition the NWE Wireless 1GB broadband connection can easily be routed to any of the units. There are currently three options remaining, each with the option either to buy or to let. Primly located as you enter Kilcronagh Business Park, Zone B is made up of three, one acre lots (B1-B3) as shown in the map. Planning permission has been granted in B2 for pre-designed offices of 5,000 sq feet with car parking, which has been designed specifically to allow for future extension. The remainder of Zone B is available to suit specific requirements.
Lot C2 is approximately 2.5 acres in size and is currently available. RM Greenkeepers are located in lot C1, which is also a 2.5 acre site. MACM Construction completed the construction of the site, which has 2 buildings; one utilised as an office, store and workshop, the other a bespoke garage repair workshop to service heavy plant and lorries. Interceptors and rainwater recycling were also installed on site.
For C2 there is full planning permission for a 30,000 square ft building specifically intended for this site. It was designed by McGurks Architects on a modular basis for adaptability on modules of 2000 square ft which can be tailored to suit specific needs and incorporates roller shutter doors, all modern connections and rainwater recycling.
One lot of one acre (D2) remains in Zone D. It is located behind TES Northern Ireland, who constructed their group headquarters in D1. MACM Construction along with McGurk Architects provided this modern building for TES in a design and build package delivered specifically to their needs for modern office headquarters incorporated with manufacturing and assembly space.
