This was the first zone in Kilcronagh to be completed and consists of 19 units varying in size from 1000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft. There are currently three options remaining, each with the option either to buy or to let. Refer to the map below to identify the specific unit.
1,000 sq feet two storey “lock up” units – A7 to A9. These were designed with start up businesses directly in mind, and start at affordable purchase or leases. Each lockup contains a toilet and kitchen facilities. Unit fronts can be of glass or roller shutters.
2,000 sq feet two storey “lock up” unit – A10. As per above, but with an area of 2,000 sq feet in total over two floors.
4,000 sq feet two storey office/retail unit - A16. This unit is part over two stories with an eaves height of 8m with electrically operated roller shutter to the rear and is equipped with toilets and kitchen. The unit can be easily modified to suit your own particular needs. In addition there is ample car parking spaces to the front of the building; suitable for staff and/or clients. To the rear of the property there is ample room for the delivery of materials in articulated lorries, where access is available via the large common yard area.
All units have rainwater recycling installed and 3-phase electric supply is standard in all Shetland buildings. In addition the NWE Wireless 1GB broadband connection can easily be routed to any of the units.
